Pricing
We aim to be reasonable with our prices and make no price difference for items ordered on-line or bought in our shop. Some handcrafted products and 'made to order' products may have a slightly longer delivery date if not in stock.
Availability
Our aim is to deliver from stock. If there is likely to be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.
Payment and dispatch
If goods are in stock, orders received by 10am weekdays are normally despatched within 48 hours (not including weekends) and delivery within 2 working days of despatch to most mainland UK addresses. Parcels are charged at a flat rate of £5.95, except for heavy or bulky items such as furniture, mirrors and some cutlery, where a flat rate of £10 applies. Just a few of our very large or heavy items need to be quoted for delivery rates, so, where this is the case, you will be directed to an enquiry button and we will contact you with a delivery price. Free delivery for orders over £500. We normally despatch by Royal Mail First Class Post or Parcel Force. Parcel Force will always require a signature on delivery. If they are unable to deliver they will leave a card so that you can collect from the relevant depot at your convenience. We can quote for express delivery (e.g. 24 Hour or before 10am). Deliveries outside the UK are made by Parcel Force Worldwide and may take 5 to 12 days, though usually not this long; please contact us for a delivery quote. You can pay by VISA, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Maestro, Solo or Electron
Complaints and Queries
All our products are stocked in our shop so we are confident that they are of good quality. We will pack them properly and aim to get them to you safely.
We are continually trying to improve our service. If you have a complaint or comment please e-mail and we will reply within 7 working days. Alternatively, you may phone the shop and we will look into the problem and call you back.

We will attempt to resolve any complaints within 28 days. Please note that if the complaint requires investigation of a delivery we have to wait until the delivery authority responds to us. We will keep you fully informed throughout the process.
Refunds and returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with an item we will exchange or refund it (not including Post & Packaging) provided that it is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in original condition, within 7 days of receipt. You must inform us that you wish to cancel within the cancellation period and send your cancellation in writing by e-mail to: or by post to our address which is given below. Please remember to provide your full details and the reason for the return. We suggest that you keep copies for your records. We will refund the purchase cost of that item by the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. All you pay for is the return postage (however, if your original order was over £500 and your delivery was free, we will deduct the amount to cover delivery costs from your refund should the total order value falls below £500). Please note you are responsible for the goods until they are received back by us so we strongly advise that you get Proof of Postage.
If the item is in any way faulty or does not do what we say it does, we will also give a full refund of the purchase cost or offer a replacement or exchange for another item, free of charge. You may specify which you prefer. Please contact us before sending anything back.
